In our commitment to quality and customer service, we are completely flexible to the needs and wishes of our clients. This includes very prompt and thorough service, working odd hours when necessary, and rush installations. Consultation:

The first step to a full service sale starts with the consultation. The consultation consists of an on-site evaluation, material selection, any recommendations that Red Carpet Floor & Design, LLC may have regarding the project, or any concerns that the client may have.  On-Site Consultations are available (at no charge) by appointment to our local clients, who will be having Red Carpet provide all the necessary labor involved in the project. On-Site Consultations are available to our non-local clients, and to our clients who will be hiring their own contractors by securing a travel fee that will be determined on a case by case basis. Verbal quotes for projects are provided (at no charge) and explained to every Red Carpet client. Verbal quotes are valid for 30 days from the day of the quote and are subject to a 5% price increase after 30 days. Other price increase may also apply after 30 days. Written quotes are available to all clients at a $250.00 non-refundable fee that will go towards the purchase and installation of new materials once the client places the order. Written quotes are valid for 45 days from the day of the quote and are subject to a 5% price increase after 45 days. Other price increases may also apply after 45 days.

Sales:

Sales of all materials are available for pickup from our showroom and warehouse located in Sterling, Virginia. Local delivery is available through Red Carpet Floor & Design, LLC starting at $80.00. Delivery to all 50 states is also available through contracted carriers.

Payment Policy:

  • Sales Only: 100% Payment Needed To Place Order.
  • Sales & Labor: 50% Payment Needed To Place Order.
  • Once Materials Have Arrived: 50% Payment Needed To Schedule Installation

Return Policy:

Sales of all carpet, area rugs, and granite/marble slabs are final. All other non opened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returned products are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Client pays delivery. Damaged products will not be returned. Materials that are damaged during delivery to client, or have manufacturer’s defects will be replaced immediately and unconditionally at no cost to client. There will be no return of any installed or used materials. There will be no returns on services provided. If there is ever a disagreement between Red Carpet and a client regarding any product or service provided, there are inspectors from the manufacturers that will inspect the products, and independent labor inspectors that will inspect the services provided regarding the installation of the materials.

Labor:

Red Carpet Floor & Design, LLC not only sells high quality products, we also install them. Experience, attention to detail, and attention to client needs is how Red Carpet sets itself apart from all other companies not only in our local vicinity, but nationwide. Red Carpet has over 20 years of experience in the sales, installation, and repair of flooring and countertops. Red Carpet is licensed and insured through the state of Virginia and provides our clients with demolition, installation, & repair services that are considerably above industry standards. Have peace of mind in knowing that Red Carpet is installing or repairing your new floors or countertops. Repair services are available to all clients regardless of whether or not they have purchased any products from Red Carpet. Due to warranty claim restraints with product manufacturers, Red Carpet will only make our installation labor available to clients who have purchased their new floors or countertops through Red Carpet. Red Carpet provides a 1 year warranty on all service provided including labor. This service warranty will be valid for 1 year from the date of the installation and will unconditionally cover any issues related to services provided by Red Carpet. Extended warranties are always available through Red Carpet on any and all services available to our clients. Warranty rates will vary depending product, service type, and client location.

Warranty:

Red Carpet Floor & Design, LLC takes pride in the services we provide and the materials we make available to our clients. For those reasons we not only stand behind the services that we provide, but also the materials that we sell. Red Carpet provides a one year warranty on all services provided from the date that it is provided. This warranty will cover any and all problems related to the labor provided. Most flooring products available to our clients have warranties ranging from one year to a limited lifetime warranty. These warranties are made available through the manufacturer and may be handled through the manufacturer or Red Carpet. Extended warranties are available for any service that Red Carpet provides.

“The best client is a repeat client.” That is exactly why we give you The Red Carpet Treatment every time that our services are needed. Over 85% of local cliental and over 50% of our national cliental are either repeat clients or referrals. Our client services staff is trained to be here for you when you and your floors need us the most. Red Carpet client services staff are very efficient and responsive to the needs and requests of all of our clients whether it is to schedule warranty work or just get some tips on how to clean your new floors.
